Hi Gordon, Thanks for your feedback on this, and I apologise that we weren’t able to give you a more precise predicted collection time. Generally, our drivers will have around 7 cars to collect in a day, and due to the nature of their work, they can come up against any number of challenges and potential delays on their route. For this reason, to avoid disappointment, we do not give a smaller window of collection from the office, and the best way to inform you of your collection time comes directly from the driver when they are roughly an hour away from the collection point. I can appreciate this is not ideal, but I do hope you understand the reasoning for the collection window coming from the driver. Charles Trent's
