Thanks for your feedback Vernon. We appreciate your concern as we don't offer a set in stone time slot (appointment) for collecting your vehicle. However, with that in mind our call handlers do mention that one of our drivers will contact you 30 minutes prior to collection (and an even longer window if required). We collect 150+ vehicles daily and scheduling precise times is unfortunately not possible given the scale of our operation. We have 90+ years' experience collecting vehicles and are always striving to improve our service so please rest assured your feedback will be taken on-board.
