Due to the exceptional volume of vehicles that we collect daily (150+) we cannot offer a specific time for collection. However, we will endeavour to contact you 30 minutes prior to the collection. When you accept a quote through our system you will select the preferred payment method. We ensure that this options is met and you are paid for your car within the required payment option time frame. I hope this clears a few things up for you.
