Car pickup went perfectly Car transferslip wasn't signed so I had to drive to Trent's to get signed which was a pain.......

Cheapskates

They deducted £10 because I kept the battery. On a car that they were only giving me £44 for!! 25% of the value of the car in a used battery?!? That was cheap.

Thanks for your feedback John. The price we quote is based upon the vehicle being complete and intact as per our terms and conditions. In this case as the battery was omitted from the vehicle at the point of collection a deduction would be made against the price paid. We have 90 years' of industry leading experience and many generations of satisfied customers who choose us as not only do we pay the best prices for scrap, unwanted and MOT failure vehicles but we also offer a service that is fast, friendly and efficient.
