Hi Mairead, thanks so much for your order and your review. We appreciate that the postage cost isn't ideal, but rather than offer free postage and build that cost in to the price of the jewellery we try to keep the prices of our range down as much as possible. The price we charge for International postage is what we get charged by royal mail. I've had a look at your order, and am surprised that you had to pay customs charges as we understood that the threshold for that is €150, and your order was under that value. We do try to keep potential customs charges down, however at checkout there's a reminder that these charges may apply (see below). Thanks again for your review, we'll take another look at our costs and see if there's anything we can do about the price of the postage as we really value our customers in Ireland.
