I have taken this up with our suppliers as we were not aware that you had experienced any problems. They will be speaking to the couriers regarding this and have advised that the specification has not changed on this product at all and will be happy to replace any items that need replacing but have assured us that this is still manufactured in the same factory and should be of the same quality as previously supplied. I have looked through our records and the original was not supplied from us seven years ago and our suppliers have also added they they only started to supply this range 5 years ago.

I am sorry but would disagree. We do state that refunds on returned unwanted items can take take up to 7 working days as we are firstly in the hands of the couriers and then these items have to be inspected. We did refund on the sixth working day.

Excellent service and get the desk with next day delivery. Highly recommended!
We asked for the chairs to be delivered pre-assembled and they came flat packed. One chair has a broken leaver.
I have emailed today requesting a replacement chair.

Thank you for your review. You did in actual fact order the un assembled and did not pay for any assembly.I apologise for one arriving with a broken lever and we have dispatched a new mechanism.

Very helpful but provided some misinformation in response to an assemble question. Wasn't an issue. I worked out were the extra part , not shown or mentioned on the assembly instructions, had to go.
