Handle was broken when the chair was received. Emailed the company and the whole unit was replaced the next day.
Couldn't fault the service.

Thank you for your review. We did communicate via telephone and by email that if you wanted to return the chairs then there would be a carriage charge of £35.00 and if you sent them via your own courier then the refund would be in full.

The service was excellent, the chair came ready assembled as requested and was delivered in 48 hours. The packaging was very secure meaning the chair was not damaged in transit.
