Regarding the necklace, we will soon be changing the chain which comes with the pendant to a box type, slightly heavier. I am not sure this will solve the problem as it could be the bale of the pendant being larger than average. Thank you so much for your great comments :) Unlike other retailers selling similar pendant, we do offer a higher quality chain with the floating heart. It does mean you pay a little extra but you will have an all round better jewellery piece. I am always thrilled to hear when our products are worn & treasured everyday.
