Poor customer service

Balloons ordered were quick and before delivery date. Although organised to have them blown up in store as I was advised to order them online as they didn’t have many balloons. I arranged with store...

As an online site we work independently from the card factory stores, so we can only deal with complaints with the website and service online. Here is the number to the Card Factory Head Office if you'd like to make a complaint to them about a store, 01924 839 150.

Excellent service

Good product. Mission getting it filled

Delivery of the air walker was fine. But getting it filled at a local store was time consuming as not all staff were trained to be able to fill this type of balloon.
