Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry about what has happened here, this is not our usual level of service. Unfortunately with Royal Mail fist class it is not a guaranteed delivery service, so we can not guarantee delivery after 2 working days. I do apologise the card took a lot longer than we would have anticipated to get to you.
We do recommend you contact us if you have issues with the orders you place, so we would be able to resolve this for you as soon as possible. On this occasion we have processed a full refund due to the inconvenience of this order.
