Item was not sent as described. Replaced but repeated the issue.

Ordered online and was okay but ordered a few of the same cards so would be good if I could duplicate the same card and change the names but couldn't. Also the larger card was bent when it arrived.

Thank you for you feedback. I am very sorry for your problems you have encounter with this order, this is not our usual level of service. Unfortunately we do not have a system in place to duplicate personalized cards and just change the name, but we are looking at implementing this. I am sorry we were unable to provide this service for you.
I cannot see any communication from yourself, in regards to this order on our system. We do recommend you contact us directly if you have issues with your order so we can get these resolved as soon as possible for you. On this occasion i have refunded you for the card that arrived bent.
I can see the other cards you ordered, the small size was selected, which is why they were smaller than anticipated. Due to the confusion i have refunded you on the items as well.
I hope this does not stop you from wanting to order with us in the future, so we an provide you with a better experience and level of service next time.
I ordered a personalised bauble and it came blurry, which is very disppointing as it was taken on a professtional camera and it was going to be a christmas gift.
