Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry about the issues you have encounter on this order. As the online site, we do currently operate independently from our stores, so orders placed online need to be returned to us and not in store. I am sorry for any inconvenience that may have caused. I can see you were sent a printed returns label, i am sorry if this took longer than expected to get to you. Once we did receive your returned items we issued a refund for you. I hope you give us a chance to change your opinion on us, and we have a chance to show you better customer service in the future, both online and in store.

Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry for what has happened here. Unfortunately as this was sent with Royal Mail, we have to follow their terms and conditions which is to allow 10 working days for items to turn up. I know this is not ideal, and i am sorry that you had to wait this amount of time before we were able to reorder these item for you. I can see once the time had passed, we did then reorder these items on a Next Day Delivery Courier service for you to guarantee quick delivery. I apologise for any caused.
