Products are ok but the relentless promotional emails are a joke. Cannot even unsubscribe! Won’t be using them again

Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry you keep getting emailed from us so much. When unsubscribing it does usually take 2 weeks before the emails stop being sent to you in full, I apologise for this. I have passed your details to our marketing team, to have you removed from the mailing list as soon as possible. I I hope this does not stop you from ordering in the future.

I placed an order on the 21st of November for next day delivery for a personalised engagement gift. With black Friday that week I knew they would of been busier. The order was not delivered next day...

Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry about what happened with you on this order. I appears there were some complications with DPD on the delivery of this item, which is not our usual level of service. As mentioned we refunded your postage charge as soon as we could which i hope you were happy with. Following on, i apologise we did not get this item reordered for you or refunded any sooner. I really hope you decide to order with us again so we can provide you a much better experience and level of service :)
The cards i bought all the envelopes were already stuck down,i did complain and was told replacment ones would be sent our.it took over a week to get them and then they sent wrong ones .
