Online help shocking; instore staff amazing!

Order never arrived, online chat was mediocre both times I used it, order sent back out next day but was only one item of an 8 piece order so of little use to me. Went instore instead to get it all...

I can see the one balloon was reordered for you, but the other items were refunded. I am sorry if this is not what you requested.
