Missed anniversary
Bought a personalised card on the 19th paid the extra to get it earlier but came on the 26th!! My wife bought a card same day and got it 22bd!! Missed our anniversary which was the 25th

Still waiting for a birthday card i ordered on 20 August. My wife's birthday was 26th August. It's now the 27th August so had to go out and purchase another card. Total waste of time and money.
