I do apologies that you had an issue with the courier delivering the product. With the current courier delivery issues throughout the UK as a company, we can't guarantee next working day delivery. Cannonsuk did send the product on Wednesday for Thursday delivery however the courier service appeared to have issues with getting this delivered to you. We apologise on the courier's behalf as the item shouldn't have been left over your gate in order to allow it to be left to the elements outside. The couriers didn't meet our expectations on this occasion and we are sorry this affected your purchasing experience with us.
