Cannons UK レビュー

Thank you for your feedback, though we must clarify that some of the points made in your review are not factually accurate. We take customer care extremely seriously and always aim to respond with kindness and respect. I have personally reviewed the communication you had with our customer service team, and the response you received was both courteous and considerate. Regarding your order, it was placed as a backorder and, as soon as it was dispatched from our warehouse, it was delivered to you within the 24-hour timeframe we aim for – which we consider a positive turnaround. We understand that a discount was requested, but the item in question was already being offered at a very competitive price. While we do run promotions from time to time, we are unable to discount every product on request, especially those already priced exceptionally well. We are genuinely sorry that you feel let down, particularly as your family has supported our brand over time – something we truly value. However, we believe this review may reflect disappointment over not receiving a further discount, rather than the level of service or delivery, which was both timely and handled professionally. If you would like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly – we’re always here to help.
