I made a mistake with my order on line but when I telephoned the next day my order was corrected without any hesitation First service once again, Will be ordering from them again when I need anything...
I was disappointed that they advertise a water carrier in there catalogue at one price then charged £4 more when ordering

I am sorry to hear that on this occasion the item has not met your expectations. We have had very good reports on the product previously however, and we hope this has not dissuaded you from ordering in future.
