I booked on line, unfortunately I needed to change the date, rang up, not hassle or stress and more importantly no charge! Staff lovely and will use again

Booking issue
The web page kept crashing. It crashed after I had inputted all my details including my card details so had to check statement to make sure it had not too from account before I had to start all over...
