We are extremely concerned to hear of your experience, Could you expand upon your comment 'queries not answered,. I have investigated our internal systems relating to your order but find no records of a query. We have a customer service rule which states a 4 hour response time on all customer service enquiries, obviously this has not happened. Look forward to your reply.

I totally agree. This shouldn't happen and I am taking your feedback directly to the manufacturer, Premier. I can see we've handled the refund & replacement on the 04/06/2010. Really sorry for the hassle caused, how frustrating! I hope you'll give us another try again soon.
