Product great and fast delivery!

Delivery of product was very quick and very pleased with the lamp. Have always liked BHS lighting department and miss being able to go and browse that department.

Good products terrible returns process

The lights I purchased are a good quality and delivery was quick however their returns process is not the best - email then to a code , then you need to pay for a return.

We do offer to collect any items customers wish to return, which our courier does charge for this service, alternatively you can return by your own method of transportation at your own cost.
