We have raised this with the technical team; however, thankfully, no other customers have raised this issue. Our customer support team are available as stated on the website, Monday to Friday 09:00 am – 5:30 pm. Customer emails received are dealt with promptly, and I can see this is the case with your email, which was responded to on Monday, as were your follow-up emails, which were answered on Monday and Tuesday. Concerning the voucher code, we are sorry if this did not work for you when you placed your order. We have since refunded this to you when you confirmed your order details on Tuesday 14th July. I can confirm the item was stating pre order at the time of purchase, with delivery 7-10 days approximately and expected to be delivered in time.
