Hi Trevor, After reviewing your account, we can see that you have invested in 5 loans, of which 3 have been fully repaid. You currently have 2 loans that are overdue. However overdue loans are part and parcel of bridging. Please remember you are earning a higher interest rate of 1.1% per month whilst these loans are overdue, you will recieve this on a successful full redemption. Often, the repayment plans of these loans are often the sale of the property, and this can take longer than the borrower expected. Our last years figures show that 76% of our loans repay on time and 24% repay over the term date. Of the 24% that repay late, 79% of them repay within 3 months over being overdue, 13% repay within 12 months and 8% pay within 18 months of being overdue Please remember that you can always sell your loans on the secondary market, 30 days before the loan term end date.
