Yes you responded three times repeating the message but not answering the question. You charged by AMEX with just under AUD600.00 without having a booking and never addressed the charge, but only repeated that I didn't have a booking! The case is now with AMEX's conflict resolution team!

I am unimpressed that Economy Bookings consistently won't answer my simple question of what we were charged for when we collected our car. I would have thought that was simple. The Customer Support team has responded without answering anything. That is totally unhelpful support. I would still like to know what we were charged for, and hope to hear back.
