Ilse we could ask for no better feedback. Our dog's meal times are one of their favourite times of day (with cuddle time and walks!), and learning that they love their food so much it's a treat makes us very happy. Dear Roie, We are sorry that despite our best efforts to minimise any potential inconvenience for our subscription customers by offering to bring forward, or delay, processing during the planned warehouse move, we weren't able to prevent inconvenience you experienced ☹️ Regarding the food, we are aware that it was marginally smaller on average (9.1mm vs 10.2mm), and have met with our supplier to prevent this inconsistency for future production. The formula itself was exactly the same as all other - this is very accurately mixed using manufacturing best practise, and pre-production testing. Regarding your girl's stool, there is a possibility that the moisture level may have been slightly lower as a result of the smaller biscuit size which could have affected this. I have asked Catherine to contact you directly to discuss resolving this to your satisfaction (hopefully without faff 😊). Iwona we are absolutely delighted your dog is enjoying their Bonza so much ❤️ I agree regarding sources of ingredients and we are currently investigating how we best implement this. It is not as simple as expected given changing supply chains based on supply availabilities. Although our fat levels appear 'high' on the face of it, our food has very low levels of saturated fats which are the fats of concern for dogs with pancreatitis. We are at the mercy of the carriers who all charge very high prices for delivery to Switzerland which is literally across the border from our warehouse in Germany. Your shipment originated from Germany - I will enquire if the re-routing via Poland is normal practise. Thank you again for taking the time to provide your very valuable feedback. Cheers, Glendon

Viele unserer Zutaten finden sich in den besten Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln, die pro Kilogramm um ein Vielfaches teurer sind als unser Futter.
