Quick sales achieved

I have sold 3 flats through Blundells Centro over the last 3 years. All quickly sold, the latest in the first week with 2 offers at the asking price in one day. Zoe the branch manager is excellent.

So I have downgraded the rating from 4 to 3 stars partly because of this irritating feedback service. Your question only asked for positive comments and I expected a more transparent feedback that would also then ask for the negative comments before posting my rating! In addition, your service would be better if the role of the estate agent was explained better. At times I was unsure whether it was the estate agent or my solicitor who should be dealing with problems and delays. A more thorough and explanatory client care pack would be helpful.
