Hi, thank you for your review. I’m sorry that you feel that our quotation was not transparent and that there was some confusion. I have reviewed this with my staff and can confirm that the mechanics of providing you with a quote, i.e. CAD design from your plans OR site survey to draw plans, return of plans indicating position of Automist equipment and quotation of cost for installation after initial enabling works by client (unless otherwise instructed to carry out full install) were followed and that you were aware, by the fact that you had a physical quotation to read, acknowledge, accept and ultimately pay a deposit, that some pre installation work was required. So I apologise if I’m missing the point but I am struggling to understand why you weren’t aware that there was a small amount of pre installation work to carry out? And if you were aware, why you paid a deposit without questioning this? All that said, once again please accept my apologies if your (pre) installation did not happen in the way you thought it should. I am happy that both your installations are now completed and will provide you with the ‘open plan’ aspect you wanted.
