Paid extra for quick delivery only to be totally messed about by DPD. Incredibly frustrating.

It is disappointing to hear that DPD left you frustrated with the delivery service. We use DPD because they do offer a very good service but in this instance it seems that they have fallen short of the required service and we will take this up with our Account Manager
First time ordering from this company. Items were on my table less than 24hrs after ordering. And (rightly) no rip-off surcharges for Isle of Wight delivery.
