After how Bikmo treat me and after my claim wash rejected Im fully disappointed with this company
I will never recommend Bikmo insurance and I fo my best to escalate my case how bicmo harm me

I have rechecked the figures and you are right, I apologise, it seems on my previous bike I put in the price I paid for it (£2595) and not RRP price (£3200), my new bike (£7850) is the RRP. Again my fault, but I do wonder that my fully comprehensive car insurance with breakdown for a £40000 car is only £50 more expensive! Risk factor wise I’ve cycled for over 40 years, never left sight of any bike I’ve had, they are always locked up as required and have never had a crash or had a bike stolen in all these years. Have had to make a few claims over the years on my car insurance though.

Need to explain clearly that taken over from previous insurer on renewal reminder

You should have received an email from your previous insurer to notify you of the changes. We also sent you a welcome email 30 days prior your policy renewal date containing an introduction from Bikmo, in addition to a reminder email send three days before renewal was due.
