Policy documents can be accessed at any time through your online Bikmo account. Your policy welcome email includes a 'View my policy documents' button which directs you to the correct area.
I've sent you an email this morning with each of these documents attached.
Okay - somewhat struck by the 'well is your bike a legitimate electric-assist bike?' question from the Bikmo staff member, having specified the manufacturer and model name.
