Policy cover extends to all permanent residents of the insured address as standard. You can also lend your bike to a family member or friend who doesn't live with you, as long as they have your permission!

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We have recently introduced reminder emails to notify our customers of when their policy is due to lapse, theses are sent at various intervals starting at 30 days before the term end date. We apologise that this was not available when your policy ended earlier this year.
