We’re sorry to hear about your experience. For bikes to be covered when left unattended in public, our policies require the use of a lock that meets the specified Sold Secure approval rating. These requirements are explained during the policy purchase journey, including a confirmation step before activation, and are also outlined in the welcome email.
If the required locking conditions are not met, we’re unfortunately unable to provide cover in the event of a theft.
