I will leave this service as there was no point for paying the "Plus" package for this. They refused my claim this year, didn't even want to pay my theft damage for my bike so this is just a waste of...

Your claim was reviewed in line with the terms of your policy. In this case, the claim couldn’t be accepted for two key reasons:
Your bike was unfortunately left unlocked while unattended in a public place. Our policies require bikes to be secured with an approved lock whenever left unattended away from home. This is a core condition of theft cover, and without a lock in place, we’re unable to provide protection.
We also found that the bike was being used for food delivery work at the time. The policy specifically excludes commercial use, meaning cover does not apply if the bike is used for courier or delivery services.
We appreciate this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, but we have a responsibility to apply the policy terms fairly and consistently for all customers. If you have any questions or would like help finding the right policy for your needs in the future, we’d be happy to assist.

Had the free insurance for 2 weeks with bike purchase. Way overpriced at time to sign up and pay. Ended up going with cycleplan for less than a 3rd of the bikmo price and with more cover.
