Pain - you add medical info afterwards & then have to cancel as too costly
Customer service was fine - I just asked for a refund and was given it - but the point was having bought the insurance I then called to advise about a medical condition which has not normally cost me...
The site was laid out easily and it was really easy to navigate for exactly what I needed. Big cat also gave great prices in comparison to some other sites.

Clear information and comprehensive cover at a good price
Great product - clear information about cover. One of the few insurers that was explicit about trekking heights covered and whether helicopter mountain rescue was included - I hope I don't need it!
