Unfortunately I needed to cancel my holiday and my insurance at short notice. BigCat refunded my money in full very promptly. I will definitely use them again

Seems a good deal
Good service, they insured me but lost a star as I was informed that they won't provide me with insurance when I reach 70 years of age
Nice to be able to actually talk to someone. Fran very helpful as I’d been struggling to find a company who cover a health issue - I’d had surgery earlier this year but he put me onto a specialist...
Very easy and fast booking and easy to understandinsurance policy well worded and most importantly reasonably priced
