It was easy to navigate the website and put together/compare quotes. Once bought, all the paperwork was sent through promptly and in easily readable and usable formats.
Hopefully it will never come to it, but if ever a situation arises which leads to a claim just let us know and a we'll be happy to assist with the claim submission process in any way we can.
