Fast, professional and good value
Very fast and professional with an unusual insurance request (already overseas and insurance needed owing to job change in ski resort). Great price and cover too.

Everything's cool and quick until you sign and pay. Then 5 days after purchase, they have not yet e-mailed my policy. And I checked spam - it wasn't there.

We're really sorry you didn't receive your documents! I can confirm they were sent on the same day your purchase was made.
We received an email from you on Saturday morning requesting your documents. This was replied to within about 10 minutes confirming your documents have been re-sent, and to let us know if you still haven't received them.
We didn't hear anything back from you so it was assumed they had arrived without any issues.
If you still don't have your documents please let us know and we'll get that sorted for you.
My application was processed fast and efficiently!

So far so good
So far all I have done is enter my details into a website and bought a product. Relatively easy to do.

Quick service, low price
Very quick service. The quote and all information was clear and it was cheaper than comparative insurance services. We had our documents within a couple of hours of submitting the online application.
