Good morning, thank you for your review.
We are sorry that the sale became somewhat protracted. At the start of the sale we had sight of finance documentation and spoke to the buyers financial advisor. Unfortunately, during the sales process changed mortgage product and also their solicitor which was out of our control. It is unfortunate this occured, but there is nothing we could have done to alter the outcome.
