Constructive feedback is very important to us and we are sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding the delivery of your gift card. Our gift cards are currently dispatched by Royal Mail, and it appears the 2nd Class Recorded delivery option was selected which may take a little longer to arrive. We understand how important delivery times can be especially if it is a gift, however we are looking into alternative delivery options for our gift cards, so thank you for your feedback.
