The item is delivered directly from our supplier who we work with on their delivery dates and schedules so I am sorry that we have not met your expectations. Your feedback will be shared with our supplier as we appreciate they are providing a service under the umbrella of bents and we expect our third party partners to provide the same high standard of service as us.
