We pride ourselves on a high standard of service so I am so sorry for such a disappointing experience; we are investigating with our suppliers why the tracking status has not been updated and will be in touch as soon as possible. I understand a colleague from our Customer Care team has been in touch to apologise for the delay in replying to you – we have been experiencing some issues with correspondence being inadvertently directed to our junk folder so we were not able to respond as soon as we would have liked to and for that I can only apologise.
