We are pleased that you enjoyed the workshop however we are so sorry for any disappointment you were caused; we should have looked to provide you with an alternative bag and I am sorry if this was not the case. The Restaurant can be very busy during peak times, such as school holidays but we still should be efficient and focused on a high standard of service.
