We are pleased that you are happy with your furniture however we are so sorry that your experience was not as enjoyable as it should have been; I understand one of our Online colleagues has been in touch to personally address your concerns. We did share your feedback with our couriers and unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances they were unable to send the necessary amount of people for the delivery and whilst we understand things can happen at short notice occur, it would have been helpful for them to inform us, so we too could pass on the information to our customers.
