Go to Newbank Garden Centre instead

Very poor communication. Very poor service. Very poor products. Still waiting for a refund. No doubt I will have to contact you again soon to chase it up.

We are so sorry for such a disappointing experience especially as we pride ourselves on quality products and a high standard of service, so we will look into why this has occurred and see what improvements can be made. I understand my colleagues have been in touch with you to personally address your concerns and we are sorry for any delay in processing a refund as we were unable to send a replacement tree; it can take from 3-5 days working days before reaching your account depending upon your bank’s processing times.
