First of all may I say thank you for your support, as a long-standing visitor it is very much appreciated and we are pleased to read that you enjoy visiting. However I am sorry to hear of the issues you have encountered with your on-line purchases and I am disappointed that we are unable to replace the items that were damaged in transit. We have improved our packaging however some products it seems may still be too fragile to deliver by courier and it is something we will look into further, in addition to further precautions we can take; this is why we appreciate all the constructive feedback we receive as we like to improve wherever we can so thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I completely understand your frustration especially as you visited our One and Only Sale on the 27th and hope you will accept my sincere apologies for all the disappointment you have been caused.
