We are so pleased that you chose to use our Online Store for your Mother’s Day gifts however we sincerely apologies for any disappointment caused regarding the delivery of your gift vouchers. I understand your gift vouchers dispatched with Royal Mail’s 2nd Class Service, which was selected during checkout. Unfortunately, once the items are with the postal service, we have no control over the delivery process and I feel that given it was a busy time due to the special occasion, it’s possible that a delay occurred.
