We completely understand your disappointment and frustration especially as it was a birthday gift, however, to ensure gift vouchers arrive safely and provides us with traceability when required, we do use a signed-for-service. Gift vouchers are available to purchase instore or through our click and collect service although we appreciate this may not be an option if you are not local to the area.
