First of all thank you for choosing us to purchase a rose bush, roses are very important to us as we started by selling roses from my grandparents front garden over 85 years ago. However, we are sorry for any disappointment you felt by its delivering being later than expected and I understand our Customer Care colleagues have been in touch to personally address your concerns and processed a refund for the delivery charge.
