Hi,
I am sorry you feel this way, I can see we called you to book in delivery 13 hours after you placed the order and booked in delivery for 05/11/2019. This order then arrived at 11:08 am on 6th, we will speak to the courier as to why this happened.
I can also see you did not pay for faster delivery, your delivery request was free as with most eBay orders.

awful delivery!!!!
service up until delivery was good then it arrived on a HUGE pallet to which they refused to take it away with them so left it with me at my work address which was embarassing.

Good afternoon,
Sorry for the issues you have had. The items had to be sent on a pallet which should have been relayed to you during the phone call to book in delivery. The courier will not take away the pallet, apologies for this.
