Hi there, we are really sorry to see that you feel the service offered has merited a 1* review. I have spoken to the Branch Manager and the Valuations Manager at Thornton Heath and have been informed that the Branch Manager had forwarded an email on the 13/06/2017 to which there was no response. The Valuations Manager has said that they are more than willing to discuss your reservations in full at your nearest convenience either by phone or as a personal visit.
